SHIPPING POLICY

-We ship our packages using USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)

 

-Orders placed during weekends & holidays may be delayed.

-We only ship within the US, no International shipping.

-It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is a secure location. Arc Division is not responsible for stolen packages after delivery.

*Shipping & handling, insurance, processing fees are NOT refundable. Only the Product purchase price will be refunded minus any applicable restocking fees

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

Returns

 

Our refund policy is 30 Days. Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange after this period. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at team@arc-division.com and send your item to: 1110 E Mann Rd, Bartow, FL United States 33830.

 

Shipping

 

Our products are shipped within 24- 48 Hours using the following carriers: USPS. To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1110 E Mann Rd, Bartow, FL United States 33830. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

-Refunds will not be given to shipments that are refused at the time of delivery.

-It is the customer's responsibility to know the laws in his or her jurisdiction prior to purchasing products.

​

-All products sold are new and under warranty from the manufacturer, unless otherwise stated in the product description. If the product is defective, ARC Division will give you a full refund including shipping costs if returned within 30 days of receipt.

-Any product, if unused / unopened / defective, may be returned within 30 days from the order date (15% Restocking Fee May Apply). If the part is unused/unopened, you may return it within 7 days for a full refund minus shipping charges.

-A 15% restocking fee is charged for any products returned after the 7 day window.

 

-Orders can not be cancelled once processed.

-The customer is responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to the error of ARC Division order processing.

  • For any claims that may arise as a result of, whether whole or in part, improper or careless handling in the use of our products, unauthorized modifications, use of improper ammunition (wrong caliber, defective, hand loaded, or reloaded cartridges), abuse, neglect, corrosion, or other influences beyond our immediate and direct control.

  • In any manner whatsoever for injury, death, or damage to property as a result of the intentional or accidental discharge of any firearm, or from its proper function when the firearm is used for purposes for which it was not designed.

  • For incidental or consequential damages, such as loss of use of property, loss of earnings, or profits, or any other commercial or residential loss.
